Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or change a booking this must be done with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This can be done via our website, or you can also contact us via telephone or email. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a full refund being issued. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time (inclusive of late/no-shows) will result in the full charge with no refund, except for extraordinary circumstances.
