Float Room

 

Also known as a Float Tank, Float Pod, a Flotation Tank, an Isolation Tank or a Sensory Deprivation Tank. That’s a lot of tanks!

 

Ultimately, it’s the place where you lay down in Epsom Salt-filled, magical water, float and switch off – along with the lights and the music. Leaving you free from any distractions and reducing any discomfort in the body, due to no weight bearing on your body.

 

Wellness Studio

 

Also known as a Flotation Centre, a Float Spa, a Flotation Spa or maybe even just a Spa.

 

This is a place where the Flotation Room lives and will always have shower facilities, a WC and usually a relaxation area. It may also have other spa treatments.

 

Flotation Therapy

 

Also known as Sensory Deprivation Therapy, Float Therapy, and some may refer to it as Hydrotherapy and/or Isolation Therapy.

 

This is the experience and benefits of floating, of which there are many.
